Premier Family Staffers specializes in placing full-time and part-time Nannies, both live-in and live-out. Our agency works with families and nannies in the entire Dallas and Fort Worth and Houston areas and we plan to expand into other cities in the very near future. Upon request, individualized in-home training is available for both nannies and families. We are here to meet all of your child care needs!

About the Founders…

Kimberly Goushey received her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a concentration in Child Development. She went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in Human Development and Education. She spent ten years caring for children, both as a nanny and in child learning centers. She also spent two years teaching children with autism in the public school system. She is married to her husband of six years, Anwar. Together, they have a three-year-old daughter.

Demian Larson received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting. He later received his law degree and has been a practicing attorney for over fifteen years. Demian also has a C.P.A. license and has been involved in numerous business ventures as a executive, founder and investor. He is married to his wife of fifteen years, Michelle (also a lawyer and C.P.A.). Together, they have two young boys.
