Step 1: Application

To begin your nanny search with Premier, please download the Client Application under Forms above, or contact your local office to obtain a copy. This document will provide us with the information necessary to begin the search for compatible nanny applicants. Step 2: Family Visit

In order to provide individualized service, we like to meet your family in your home environment. This allows us to further develop your profile and assure the best possible fit. During this meeting, we will also go over our Client Agreement.

Step 3: Interviews

Once your profile is complete and the Client Agreement executed, we will begin sending you profiles of nanny candidates who best match your profile. If you are impressed by the nanny candidate’s profile we will set up a face-to-face meeting, which is typically held in your home.  Prior to your interview of the nanny, we conduct the background screening of the nanny. While most other agencies do this step after you have extended an offer, we feel that this step should be done before an interview even takes place. After you have narrowed your choices, we suggest you invite your top choice(s) back on a “trial basis”. During this time, you simply pay the nanny candidate their hourly rate.

Step 4: Offer

Once you have chosen to hire a Premier nanny candidate, it is time to extend an offer.  We will extend an offer on your behalf, or you may choose to do so directly.  This is also the time to outline expectations, job duties, compensation, and terms of employment.  We are happy to guide you in this process and answer any questions you may have.   Please note that all offers will be contingent upon satisfaction of Premier’s pre-employment requirements.

Step 5: Congratulations!

The pre-employment requirements are complete, the offer is accepted by the candidate and your nanny will soon become part of your family. The fee for our services is now due. Please contact us with any questions regarding our continuing guarantee.
